MBA Specialization in Logistics Management

Overview

The Master of Logistics Management at ECC-OGS focuses on managing
organizational supply chains from the perspective of operations management and
efficient decision-making. This programme is designed for graduates working in the
private, public, and security sectors. Additionally, the program provides students with
the knowledge and skills to develop solutions for a range of complex issues faced by
organizations engaged in both domestic and international logistics business activities. 

Students In this program, will learn to manage and coordinate logistics operations,
formulate, design, and implement logistics strategies and systems in a diverse range of industries. Additionally, graduates will develop an understanding of different analytical tools and systems for logistics information flow management including business intelligence techniques.

Matriculation/Articulation Requirements

To matriculate to the programme, applicants must fulfil one of the following:

  • Holders of a Bachelor of Science Degree with at least a GPA of 2.5.
  • Holders of an Associate of Science Degree may be provisionally accepted. These persons may however have to complete Bridging courses.
  • Mature entry (Application of Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition – PLAR).

Persons who do not have the required GPA or uses Mature entry may be accepted through an interview process, submission of a portfolio and assigned bridging courses. The potential candidate should demonstrate work experience and additional certification achieved.
